- נֶדֶרm. (b. h.; נָדַר) vow. Kinn. I, 1, v. נְדָבָה. Ned.II, 3 יש נ׳ בתוך נ׳ there is a vow within a vow, i. e. if one repeats the vow to be a Nazarite, it is a double vow. Ib. 8a נ׳ גדול נָדַרוכ׳ (by saying so) he has made a great vow to the God of Israel; a. v. fr.Y.Sabb.II, 5b bot. הותר הנ׳ the vow is annulled, i. e. the ban is rescinded.Pl. נְדָרִים, constr. נִדְרֵי.
